Trick ‘r Treat is a delicious breath of fresh air for those of you who are like me and wish that Halloween (Samhain) and all its related festiveness were more celebrated. It’s about the traditions, people! Keep them alive - if you want to keep yourself alive, that is!

This is one of the best Halloween movies (and horror lite!) that can certainly be enjoyed by horror fans and non-horror fans alike. It does have its fair share of gore and “shocking” images. And one of the best uses of a song in a cinematic sequence - Marilyn Manson’s cover of “Sweet Dreams” does it for me every time.
